Who We Are
Tri V Development, LLC is a family owned company with members having over 40 years of combined experience. Tri V’s members include Joey Vercher, Bradley Vercher and Aaron Vercher.
Joey has been involved in the development of several notable communities in central Louisiana. Some of these include Pecan Bayou Subdivision, West Pointe on the Bayou, Bocage, Legacy Pointe, and Stonegate Condominiums.
One of the members, Bradley Vercher is also the Vice President and area manager of Beard Construction Group, LLC, who acted as the general contractor for Bayou Fields Subdivision. Bradley’s construction management degree from Louisiana State University was helpful during the design and construction phase of
Bayou Fields which insured the integrity of construction from start to finish.
Aaron Vercher is the owner of Vercher Construction Group, LLC and is licensed in both residential and commercial construction. Over the last 10 years he has built several notable homes in our communities and his hands on construction style helps to round out this very knowledgeable group.

Is this a restricted neighborhood?Yes! Bayou Fields offers a community with a homeowner’s association, building restrictions, and an architectural review committee all designed to protect property values.

How much are the HOA Fees and what do they cover?Annual dues are very reasonable at only $400.00 per year. They cover landscaping of the common areas and maintenance of the entrance and round-abouts as well as paying utilities for street lights.

Is natural gas available within Bayou Fields?Yes, the City of Alexandria provides both water and gas to Bayou Fields.

Is there a certain size home that you must build?The minimum square footage varies by location but in general lots prior to the first round-about have a minimum heated area of 2,200 with lots beyond the first round-about having a minimum square footage of 2,400 sq. ft.

Do you offer financing packages for turn key home construction?Yes! We have partnered with local lenders making the process very simple. Options include purchasing your lot with an interim construction package or allowing our sister company the opportunity to construct your home and transfer it to you with one simple closing. We also have many plans ready for your review. In most cases construction can start within 30 days.
